J.Q.’s experience encompasses executive management, business development, strategic planning, financial negotiations and operations in every spectrum of both regulated and non-regulated energy companies. J.Q. has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.

William N. Knecht, BS

Bill is a drilling and production operations executive with over 22 years of extensive experience in South Texas, and West Texas, Mid-Continent, South Louisiana, Gulf Coast and Gulf of Mexico areas and the Appalachian Basin. He is well known for his unique blend of cross-functional leadership skills with onshore, shelf and deep-water Gulf of Mexico experience. The strength of Bill’s talent is a demonstrated ability to combine team building skills and technology to reduce operating cost and increase production. Bill’s diverse background ranges from starting-up new E&P companies to being an executive of a major international company. Bill has BS degrees in Geology and in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A & M University.
